By entering this giveaway, you agree to the following terms:

Eligibility & Entry

• Entrants can enter through one or more of the following methods:

  • Attend our presentations at Vitafoods Europe 2026 and fill out the form after scanning the QR code

  • Visit our booth 3J6 and fill out the form after scanning the QR code or provide your business card

  • Post a photo of your Anagenix plushy on LinkedIn with #Anagenix. Each post is counted as one entry.

• Each valid entry method will count as one entry.

Prize

• Winner will receive either €1,000 EUR (Amazon voucher) or one Apple iPad with accessories, as selected by the Winner.

• Prize has no cash alternative and is non-transferable.

• Winner will be selected by random draw and notified within 14 days of the draw closing via the email address provided.

Data Protection & Privacy

For Giveaway Administration:

• Your personal data (name, email, company name, position/title, country) will be stored in our CRM system for the purpose of administering this giveaway and contacting the winner.

• By submitting this form or providing your business card, you provide explicit consent for Anagenix to process your personal data in accordance with GDPR regulations and New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

• Giveaway data will be retained for 90 days after the winner has been notified.

For Business Communications:

• As professionals attending Vitafoods Europe who have expressed interest in functional ingredients by engaging with Anagenix, we have a legitimate business interest to contact you regarding our ingredient solutions, clinical research updates, and relevant product information.

• You may be contacted by our team about Anagenix products and services that are relevant to your professional interests.

• You have the right to opt out of business communications at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email or contacting info@anagenix.com.

• Business contact data will be retained in our CRM for ongoing business relationship purposes unless you request deletion.

Your Rights:

• We will not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

• You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting info@anagenix.com.

• Please note that withdrawal of consent or data deletion requests made before the draw will result in removal from the giveaway.

• You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority if you believe your data has been mishandled.
