Anagenix is a leading manufacturer and supplier of wholefood nutraceuticals for functional food and health supplement brands in the world’s biggest markets. Our science-backed products are based on New Zealand-grown plant bioactives that are painstakingly protected by our fully-integrated solution for taking raw materials from orchard to supplement-ready ingredients.
The commercial link between plant, science and health supplements
When we launched in 2011, our role was to provide an essential commercialisation link between ground-breaking New Zealand plant science and the world’s best supplement producers. Since then we have developed a portfolio of products that are sold through distribution networks in the USA, Canada, Australia, Asia, China and Europe. We have also acquired our own processing and packing facility, which allows us to control every stage of the product creation process and provide full traceability for the high-quality ingredients we make.
Partnerships with leading research organisations
Our connection with science is robust. New Zealand’s government science institutions and private research organisations have a strong heritage of discovery in the natural bioactive arena. We have long-established research partnerships with the Crown Research Institute Plant & Food Research, Callaghan Innovation, the Riddet Institute, the University of Auckland, University of Otago, Massey University and Victoria University. We also participate in research projects attached to New Zealand’s High Value Nutrition National Science Challenge. Additionally, we are actively investing in new research to meet regulatory health claim requirements in our key markets.
