The intestinal bacterium Faecalibacterium prausnitzii (F. prau) is vital for maintaining gut flora balance. Developed in New Zealand, gold kiwifruit (Actinidia chinensis) is a highly nutritious superfruit with a unique nutritional profile. It’s rich in vitamin C, dietary fibre, folate, minerals, polyphenols and antioxidants.
