Three samples of freeze dried kiwifruit powder were sourced from China from different distributors. All three samples were expected to be of similar quality to Actazin. Results showed little to no dietary fibre or any actinidin testing, indicating that the freeze drying processes they underwent inactivated the enzymes and altered the composition.
